We work with leading shipping suppliers to enable fast deliveries from our warehouse to your home. However, there are sometimes delays, if this happen you are more than welcome to contact our customer service for assistance.

To make a return, please contact our customer support at courtney@fetishjunkee.com with your order number and the reason for the return within 14 days of purchase. ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL, NEW/UNUSED CONDITION AND APPROVAL IS REQUIRED. After receiving instructions, prepare the item in its original packaging, attach the provided return label (if applicable), and ship to provided address. Please allow for a 24-48 hour response time.
Items are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date. Be sure to include your original packing slip with your return indicating the reason. Fetish Junkee reserves the right to refuse any return/exchange if the item appears damaged, worn or returned after the 14th day. In order to receive a refund, items must be returned in original condition and with tags attached. Customers are responsible for associated return shipping fees. All sales are final on sale items, no exceptions.
Cash on deliveries are not accepted; therefore all return shipping charges must be prepaid at your expense. It is highly recommended to keep your return tracking number on hand to monitor the status of your delivery.

As soon as your return is processed and approved, you will be refunded to the payment method used when making your order. It may take up to 5 business days for our Returns department to process your return after it has arrived at our warehouse. All item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. If you have not received a confirmation email regarding your return, we recommend that you trace the parcel on the courier’s website. If you have received a confirmation email regarding your return a refund will be made shortly. It will take 3-5 business days for your money to appear on your account.
