Returns/ Exchanges:
Items are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date. Be sure to include your original packing slip with your return indicating the reason. Fetish Junkee reserves the right to refuse any return/exchange if the item appears damaged, worn or returned after the 14th day. In order to receive a refund/ exchange, items must be returned in original condition and with tags attached. All sales are final on sale items, no exceptions.
Cash on deliveries are not accepted; therefore all return shipping charges must be prepaid at your expense. It is highly recommended to keep your return tracking number on hand to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping:
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment is received. Fetishjunkee.com will send you a confirmation email once payment has been received. The delivery time of your package varies depending on your location excluding holidays and weekends but generally arrives between 3 to 7 business, sometimes sooner.
